I know why the last time I was not able to attach the file, it's because you limited the post by file to 128 KB and the log file that VB generated it's 325 KB! Same thing for the original VB Screenshot.
I try also to install Windows 7 32 bits instead of 64 bits: Same issue !

- Dialog box that I have when I try to install Windows 7 (32 bits this time)
- VirtualBox 3.2.8 - Try install WIndows 7 32 bits.png (83.26 KiB) Viewed 1994 times
Screenshot of VirtualBox (convert to jpeg to reduce the size):

- Screenshot from VirtualBox
- VBox.jpg (65.86 KiB) Viewed 1992 times
VirtualBox log file (compressed):
- VBox.log.zip
- VirtualBox log file
- (42.15 KiB) Downloaded 5 times

Well this time I tried to install Ubuntu Server 32 bits on Virtual Box.
I have the same issue:

- VirtualBox 3.2.8 - Try install Ubuntu Server (32 bits).png (83.19 KiB) Viewed 1982 times
Here the screenshot of VB (it's full black is not even able to start Ubuntu):

- VBox.png (958 Bytes) Viewed 1982 times
And the last file the log file of VB:
I'm pretty sure if I tried with another system I will have the same issue.
For me the conclusion VB 3.2.8 is not compatible with my Mac Pro!
It's really a shame I have the one of the best Mac Pro with 2x6 Cores and I can not run Virtual Box

Unfortunately can only confirm, that Virtual Box doesn't work for me as well on new Mac Pro 12Cores (Westmere).

Have the same issue as TS.
I checked 3.2.10 as well, the same result.
