Run VM guest as a service

Im running a 2003 Server R2 vm guest on a 2003 Server R2 x64 host. I would like to run the guest VM as a service without starting the VirtualBox Manage console or having the guest VM window running as well. I would like to have the service started automatically. I do run Group Policy in my network...
1. Can this be done?
2. If so, what is the best way
3. if not, what are my options.
