At work I'm using virtual box 3.1.8 and using this version I created a "windows 64b r2" machine with demo for one of our client.
When I try to run this machine on vb 3.2.8 I'm getting blus screen on starting process and windows crach.
What could be the problem and how to solve it?

Did you change any VM setting after you moved from VBox 3.1.8 to VBox 3.2.8? Did you enable page fusion or something like that?

Actualy I moved only hdd.
On new vb 3.2.8 i created new machine using old hdd.

In that case make 100% sure that you use the same virtual hard disk controller for the new VM. Windows is very pedantic if the host controller changes, for example from PIIX3 to PIIX4 or to ICH6. With some older releases, PIIX3 was default. Also you cannot connect the virtual had disk to a SATA controller if it was connected to an IDE controller before. The symptoms of a changed host controller is a BSOD, just like you described.
