How to make USB Gamepad for use with the VirtualBOX?

Mac OS X Host is connected to the USB Gamepad is not available in VirtualBox.
Using VMWare Fusion because it does not think a hardware problem.
VirtualBox USB Gamepad settings can be added to the device, GestOS will be grayed out when running.
