Does the other host have other VMs already, that you need to keep?
If NOT:
Easy: Copy the entire contents of the .VirtualBox folder to the new host will work.

Mostly Easy: Or copy just the virtual hard disks in .VirtualBox\Harddisks that you need, and copy the entire .VirtualBox\Machines\(machinename) folder(s) that you need, and then on the new host, open VirtualBox and delete/remove any of the machines you didn't copy over (which will display as broken).

Hard: You can copy just what you need and then manually edit/repair the .VirtualBox\VirtualBox.xml file, even if copying to a host that already has existings VMs. Not for the faint-hearted.

Addition:
Only doable if you transfer them to a similar OS. Windows to Linux won't work, Windows to Windows will.
