Host = Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Guest = Windows 95 Osr2
Mouse error, see below.

It seem to be a Mouse error, inside a guest.

Other then suggesting that you turn off the absolute pointing device in the guest settings I can't help you. This is not a supported guest. See http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Guest_OSes.
