Hi, ...

VirtualBox 3.2.8 x64 Windows
Host = Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Guest = Windows 95 Osr2

Mouse error, see below.

Other then suggesting that you turn off the absolute pointing device in the guest settings I can't help you. This is not a supported guest. See http://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Guest_OSes. You can read here to see if there are any other suggestions http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=33359 and post there if you have any more questions.
