modprobe vboxdrv failed

Post by dirkn »

Hi,
vbox 3.2.6 r63112, Ubuntu Server 10.04 64bit.

I have some trouble with the keyboard layout. The "Alt Gr" chars doesn't work. So I looked in the boot.log and found "modprobe vboxdrv failed...".

Attached is the dmesg output.

TIA
Dirk

There should be no 'vboxdrv' module at all on a Guest. It's a module for VB when Linux is the Host. Be more specific in your post. See the Forum Posting Guide to avoid confusions.
