outlook/windows 7 hangs consistantly

I'm running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7 inside vbox 3.2.6 r63112 on OS X 10.6. For some reason Outlook is consistently hanging throughout the day. My only recourse is to Force Quit the vm and restart Windows.
Any idea what could be causing this? I have no idea where to start. Thanks!

I have the same problem with VirtualBox 3.2.6 on Debian lenny. I'm accessing the Win7 guest through RDP and Outlook is really slow especially when send / receive email and frequently the guest hangs and I have to power off the VM and restart. Any idea what I can do next?

I turned off Nested Paging and it's working fine so far. The VM is running slower but more stable.
