Just upgraded to Ubuntu 10.04 and the screen size is 800x600 and I cannot make it fit the whole screen.
I have searched through the forum for a solution, and found only what the instruction manual says.
I read that carefully and this part mystifies me:
"Back in the Virtual Media Manager, select that ISO file and press the “Select” button. This will mount the ISO file and present it to your Windows guest as a CD-ROM."
There is no select button, and right clicking does not bring up a menu with that option.
How do I attach the guest additions iso to the virtual machine so that it can then access the extra drivers etc?
TIA

Re: Cannot attach an iso image
In the guest while it is running. Click the devices tab at the top and select install guest additions.
This should help Howto: Install Linux Guest Additions + Xorg config
DO NOT edit or create the xorg.conf. It is not needed in Ubuntu 10.04

Re: Cannot attach an iso image
Thanks very much. That allowed me to attach the iso, and after copying the linux additions file to the desktop then running it, it works.
