Connecting to Win7 on Mac host via Remote Desktop Connection

Is there a way to connect to the Windows 7 side of VirtualBox running on a Mac using Windows' RDC from another Windows computer? If so, what IP address do I use.

That depends on the network mode you are using.
But the answer is yes it is possible if configured properly.
