I am unable to use the left click of the mouse. Right works and keyboard input works. Its very hard to click on anything since i need to use the keyboard to navigate in windows Xp

I manage to change the primary buttons of the mouse within windows so i can click on things using the right click button. However i will still like the mouse be normal and use the left button of the mouse to click on everything
