Which CPU should I buy for VBOX? X2, X3 or X4 ?

I would like play games on VBOX in XP guest os. The guest os must run smooth like in real PC. So which CPU should I buy?
X2, X3 or X4? Is L3 cache important in virtualization?

VBox has slow 3D performance, so I doubt you be able to play modern games. Plus DirectX is not fully works.

X2 = 2 VMs can run fast.
X3 = 3 VMs can run fast.
X4 = 4 VMs can run fast.
But for games you will need only 1 VM running simultaneously. So buy X2.
L3 cache helps a bit. Not much.
