try to use WinDbg with virtualbox

Hello everyone:
I have install two Windows XP in virtualbox under my mac os(snow leo) host machine. I added the COM1 port in the Windows XP guest OS and active it by the "Add Hardware" process, and I set one COM1 as Pipe Host and make it create they other COM1 is set as Pipe Host and doesn't make it create. Then I try to use one Windows XP guest runs Windbg to debug the other Windows XP which is in debug mode. But I have failed, the Windbg seems connect to the debugged Windows XP but the Windbg's status is always busy and I can't make a break or something else.
have anybody meet the same issue? I have to turn to Parallel Desktop which works fine with the same setting, but the virtualbox works much faster then the parallel, so it is a great help if anyone can help me back to virtualbox.
thanks.
