Is there a utility to use the VboxManage commands in a GUI
and why VBoxManage commands are not included in Vbox GUI?

Is there a possibility to put all VboxManage commands inside Vbox GUI in the new versions?

It's much easier to add new commands - and undocumented commands - to a command line tool than a GUI tool. It's inevitable that the two will diverge, so you may as well accept it. If you have a specific command that you think ought to be accessible from the GUI then by all means mention it in the Suggestions forum.
