MacOS SnowLeopard, Jabra USB & Virtualbox

All,
Trying to use Cisco VOIP telephony in virtualbox on my Mac.
VOIP client is working fine, but I'm now trying to get a USB Headset (as specified below) to be visible to Virtualbox.
I know there is something simple I'm messing but VBox can't see the USB Headset as, apparently, MacOS has grabbed it.
I have not selected it for any other programs.
Would appreciate any guidance from those who may have seen this before.
Specifics on the device are:
