It says in red "Source file is not a recognized VDI file format"

The proceed button is greyed out. So am I totaled?

I'm afraid so. Whatever the file is, it does not have a valid .VDI header, which means that VirtualBox (and CloneVDI) don't know how to access the remaining contents (if any). The only way to repair this is from a backup copy.

I am impressed by virtual box version VirtualBox-3.2.10-66523-Win. It works much faster and is really fast. Installs Xp in under 2min everything works far much better. Thumbs up Oracle! Keep up the good work!
