shared folder

hi,
i'm writing becouse i'm installed on mi macbook pro (2010 version) virtual box and ubuntu (last release).
After that i've created on virtualbox panel a shared folder located in document on my osx but the problem is that when i start ubuntu i cannot try this folder on it. Do you have some idea?

Other problem concerns that i watch ubuntu on small windows and i cannot resize it on entire screen

Have a look in the manual howto to mount a Shared Folder (mount -t vboxsf ...).

I think you have not installed the guest additions. Have a look in linux guest area, there is a howto as sticky post.
