[Ubuntu 10.04] 3D Acceleration problem

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04(AMD64) guest under VBox 3.2.4 on Windows XP Home host system, and open 3D Acceleration. I have installed VBox add-on in guest, but I cannot run some games, like quadrapassel, swell-foop. It says:

Code: Select all

OpenGL Warning: glXChooseFBConfigSGIX not implemented by Chromium
Failed to initialise clutter: Unable to find suitable fbconfig for the GLX context
However, if I close 3D Acceleration, I can run them, but really slowly.

Forgive my poor English, hope you can understand. I am a Chinese. I've asked in Chinese Ubuntu Forum, but nobody can solve it.
Please help me.

3D acceleration is experimental in VirtualBox.

Please fill bug report in bugzilla.

It would help if you give us the video card and driver version you use. Not all OpenGL features are passed to the VM and not all of them are even available on the Host due to driver limitations. The latter can't be solved by VB, you can't pass something through that doesn't exist.
