I'm running windows XP via Virtual Box on Mac OS X. I have one program that I have to use for my job that is window's only at this point.
Hard drive died last week and I'm starting fresh and slowly rebuilding instead of recouping everything from Mac's Time Machine.
I'm trying to find a specific file that I need for a program on Window's that was backed up in time machine. Is there any way to dig out specific files from the Virtual Box files that were saved on my external hard drive with Time Machine?
FYI. I'm no computer expert, so plain language would be super helpful.
