My USB isn't being read :(

I want to put xbox files onto my computer so I can make it tenth prestige with all guns etc. 
I can see the - removable storage E - or something like that, but it says that its blank. I check on the mac side after this, and there is an Xbox 360 folder, with 4 files inside.
Is there a way to read it? im confused
