Oracle VM Server v2.2.0 on Virtualbox v3.2.0?

I am running Mac OS has my host OS with Virtualbox 3.2.0. I also happen to have VMWare Fusion 3.0.2. With VMWare's Fusion, I am able to install OVM2.2 as a guest. I do this for demo's and presentation purposes. It is very convenient to run 3 vm's-- 1 being openfiler or some storage server, then the other 2 as OVM servers. I can then run xen guests inside of those to show my audience how it works.

OVM Server v2.2.0 runs just fine in Fusion. But I can't get it working with VirtualBox. Has anyone successfully got it to work?

by the way, if you are curious why I don't just keep running it in Fusion, the answer is that I'd like to move completely to VirtualBox if possible-- But technically, I could just keep running it in fusion, yes.

You are running a Xen Virtualization server (Oracle VM Server) inside a desktop virtualization product (Virtualbox)? Why?

I do this for testing and demo purposes. It is actually interesting to show in presentations. So far, I can only get this to work in VMWare's Fusion product. I have a CentOS 5.4 system exporting iSCSI targets. I then created 2 OVM Server (v2.2), used iscsiadm to log into the iscsi targets. I had an OVM Manager running out of my OVM servers at one point, but I only really need that when I'm showing a demo (because it actually gets very slow when your guests attempt to start doing things with the 2.5" USB2.0 disk that they're all running out of ..hehe.

Hooter, played around with your issue for a couple of hours trying to duplicate your setup with what I have and it seems Fusion is the only answer thus far, I will keep you updated. You may want to consider running some sort of data recovery program if the information in question is sensitive in nature or important to you in any way. There are a number of different methods including pst repair, etc.
