Windows think I don't have Internet access

Hi. This just started happening with 3.2.0. I have Internet access, but the Windows 7 tray shows a small icon (computer display with trident-like thing on left, and yellow warning exclamation point in middle). When I hover over it it says "Network 3: No Internet access". When I got to the Network and Sharing Centre, it shows:

RICHARD-PC (This computer) ----- Network 3 ---X--- Internet

When I show full network map it shows

RICHARD-PC ---- Gateway ------X---- Internet

I have run the Guest Additions and restarted a few times and am totally up-to-date on Windows 7.

Any help would be appreciated as I don't like spurious warnings as I might miss a real one.

The problem's gone today. Not sure what fixed it, perhaps quitting and restarting VirtualBox.
