Hello, I am new to this forum and system, but found it awesome that you can run Windows simultaneously on a mac. I currently installed Windows 7 with my Virtual Box. I tried to install Office 2007 Standard, but it kept giving me error messages. So I found something called Virtualbox guest additions and installed that onto my cpu. But once I did that, the Office CD within my DVD drive became unreadable. It is currently stuck within my macbook and I have tried every means necessary to remove it and I still can't. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Such as how to uninstall virtualbox fully, which I tried but it still showed my old operating system I had installed when I re-installed virtualbox fully.
How to remove my DVD or if it was caused virtualbox guest additions.
or if I am totally f'ed and have to remove the CD manually.
Thanks for any help that can be provided

Hi Csheppard,
It sounds like your CD/DVD drive is mounted in your Windows 7 VM. You can mount/unmount your CD/DVD drive thru the VirtualBox VM "Devices" menu. Here is a screenshot showing where you can unmount the drive:
The other thing you can do of course is leave the CD/DVD drive mounted to your Windows 7 VM and eject the disc in the usual way from Windows.
