macbook pro 2010 VT-x
Running VirtualBox 3.1.6 59351. I have an OS/2 VM that I am using on a Mac Mini running Leopard. I need to run this on my 2010 Mac Book Pro core i5 running Snow Leopard. I installed VirtualBox and created the same VM I used on the Mini. I copied the hard disk and imported it. When I start the VM it comes up with the OS/2 logo and then reboots. I have seen this behavior on a Dell once and found out that VT-x was not enabled in it's BIOS. The core i5 is supposed to have VT-x but is there a way I can be sure it is enabled?

The vbox boot log will tell you if the host has VT-x extensions available.

Re: macbook pro 2010 VT-x
It appears that the 3.1.8 version corrected the problem.
Great work!!!
