OpenSUSE 11.2 username and password problem

I am trying to install opensuse as guest in virtual box with windows vista as the host operating system. So far i have tried 3 times but i am always stuck up at the login screen, the username and password i provide during the installation fail to work. I am new to linux also. I making virtual disk in my C Drive. Please help.

Always use passwords and username without any signs that are specific for your country. Like äöüß for germany.

initially i used hassan as username and 786 as password then haider as username and hassan as password but no matter what combination i use it does not work. Thanks for your reply stefan. Thanks
