Virus Software Within Guest OS
I assume its not need but is any kind of virus or internet security needed within the Guest OS?

Of course you should run virus software in Windows guests. Just because it is virtual does not make it immune.

But what if the guest OS got infected with a virus, will it be transferred to the host OS automatically?its obvious that virus can be transferred via usb or clicking an executable file located in the shared folder,so lets say that we will not do those. will the virus reach the host OS through the virtualbox software?

Its the same as for two iron pcs. It they are connected in any way about network, it may happen.
