Problems Linux Screen Addons Guests

hello, I speak slightly English, so I use a translator to understand you better.
I installed ubuntu VBOX 3.1.6 and 9.1. I updated with the ubuntu synaptic.
my computer: amd x2 3 ghz / Asus EN 9800 GT / Asus M3N78 SE
I have a problem with addons guests, when installing the file-VBoxLinuxAdditions x86.run everything goes well to reboot for the mouse, but not for display, when I'm on a window of Windows and I password on the ubuntu image of the old window is still under ubuntu, I move the mouse by clicking on the screen so that the background appears to ubuntu, or pan the window. a problem of refresh or display?
I therefore use other methods. I desinstaille the addons with the remove command. and try an apt-get install dkms before x86. nothing changes
then an apt-get install build essential linux generic header. nothing either
in the display options so you tell me "screen unknown
I do not know what to do thank you for your help, because the mouse works fine in addons invited but always crop the window to see ubuntu display its gets tiring and I must deny myself the addons ...
