Bridged network after VMWare->VB migration

Hello,

I am trying to migrate vom VMWare Server to Virtualbox. I converted my images using "qemu-img convert" and "VBoxManage convertdd" and the machines do start, but don't find any network adapter ...
Guest System is Ubuntu Jaunty.
Unfortunately, VMWare stops every VM as soon as VirtualBox starts one, so I have not much time for testing, since we have only one root-Server ...

Anyone any idea?
