I run Debian Lenny and I am trying to run openSuSE 11.2 in VB. When I run the live cd, the cursor in the box (I haven't clicked in the box yet) starts moving very slowly to the lower right hand corner. There it hides behind the task bar all the way to the right and stays there out of sight. Then when I click in the box the other cursor goes away, but the cursor in the box stays hidden. If I click the mouse it activates the hidden cursor which makes the KDE 4 task bar settings bar appear. Click on it again the the settings disappear. And that is all I can do. I can't move the mouse and I can't do anything else.
I've had this problem with openSuSE before (11.0? 11.1?) but no other distros. Or, maybe it is KDE 4?

Re: Cursor problems with openSuSE as guest
Have you been able to install the guest additions (in the guest)?
Try booting to the CLI and install them and see if that fixes your problem.
