No GUI after upgrading to openSUSE 11.3

No GUI after upgrading to openSUSE 11.3. Have to use failsafe mode, but only get 1024x768. When installing GA I get this error.

Installing the Window System drivers
Warning: unknown version of the X Window System installed. Not installing
X Window System drivers.

It seems the X wiindows system is installed, because the GUI works in failsafe mode, but don't know version.

Can you help?

These kinds of problems that are reproducible or indicate an issue with new OSes should be reported to bugtracker. You will need to setup an account there as it is on a different system.
It would also help if you can post the ticket number here so other can see the progress, add information, or see the final results.
