Bootup is slower than usual

Bootup is slower than usual
After installing Virtualbox i got an erros saying "no bootable devices found, install boot disc" so i restarted the computer and pressed, command, option, r, p and that got me in. but now when i boot up my mac it takes a while to boot up like 25secs. before it was an almost instantaneous boot up. Help me?
