Wifi not working 10.6.3

I have the latest working build of Vbox. 3.1.6 r 59351 and the most recent Apple OSX update.
Problem Statement : I am unable to get my Windows 7 OS to recognise the Wireless adapter.
I have been setting it to Bridged etc, in fact pretty much all permutations, and cannot get the WIFI to work.
I have disable the Ethernet Port on EP0 , and only have EP1 active, which is the Airpot.
Looking for some advice on how I can resolve this concern.

Thanks, having had a quick read of the article it appears to be more related to Apple Wifi issues, rather than Windows 7 issues.
Wifi within OSX works perfectly, I just cannot get Virtualbox to recognise that the laptop has wifi.
What troubleshooting documentation is there for working with Virtualbox and OSX and certain hardware elements ?

Would not VirtualBox be dependent on the WIFI working properly under OS X?
Would not Win7 under VBox be dependent on Apple wifi working properly?

Just because some people experience a bug, does n't mean everyone sees the symptoms. At no stage has my MBP exhibited the issues mentioned in the link.
The fundamental issue is that the Win 7 install via Virtual Box thinks that there is no hardware. i.e it cannot find the WIFI drivers, or the hardware when doing a configuration search.
When looking at the Networking options, none of the hardware options looks right.
So, for those people who have their WIFI working with 10.6.3, what are the settings you have to get it working ?

Check out the user's guide/manual for the subject - it is explicit.

I have selected each and every network card, for both the Ethernet and Airport options.
None of them work, wired or wireless right now.
Each time Windows 7 complains that a driver is missing.
I will add some screen shots.
I have spent some considerable time reading the documentation, and as an ex-Sun employee I know to refer to the docs first
The fact is that, it did use to work, and has stopped working since I upgraded the version of Virtualbox to the latest version.
I was hoping someone with 10.6.3 and the latest VB install could confirm their settings, and not just point me to the manual.
Are these drivers contained in some guest additions perhaps ?

Somehow the config had changed, once I had found the right adapter settings both the Wired and Wireless works well.
The adapter setting is the Intel Pro/1000 MT Desktop. This needs to be selected for both the ethernet and Airport setting, bridging accordingly.
