Printing from Linux guest to Windows host

This is probably obvious, but despite Google, searching these forums and reading the user documentation, I cannot find the answer - or at least, an answer I can understand.
I am running an Ubuntu 9.04 guest on a Vista host. I have an HP OfficeJet networked on the host system and I want to print to it from the guest.
Will someone *please* tell me how to do this? Having succesfully managed to get my WinXP guest printing to this printer, I assumed that getting the Ubuntu guest printing would be a breeze, but no. It's starting to drive me mad.
