Taskbar not working with 3.1.6

Hi,

I just went from 3.1.0 to 3.1.6. Everything seems to work fine, apart for a problem with the taskbar.
The first time Windows XP Pro SP3 boots, going with the mouse next to the lower border of the window makes the taskbar appear.
But any following tries fail. The only way to make the taskbar appear is presing the Windows button's equivalent.

Anyone else with this problem? I'm on Leopard, on a MBP Eary 2008.
