Guest OS Auto Stops?

So I have Mac OS X as my host, Windows Vista as the guest, I boot Vista, it does it's little loading bar then the screen goes black and on the top bar where the minimize buttons are, it says [Running] then for a split second it says [Stopping] then [Stopped] and then closes completely and returns to the Virtual Machine Application where you can view the settings of your VMs.
If anyone can help, I would GREATLY appreciate it because this is a work computer.
