issues with 3.1.6-3.2.4 and OS X 10.6.3-10.6.4

Hey everyone,
Over the past week, I upgraded my mac to VirtualBox 3.1.6 (build 59351) and OS X 10.6.3, so this bug could be an issue with either of these updates...
I install a fresh OpenSUSE 64 bit VM, then update OpenSUSE, then install the guest additions, then export the OpenSUSE Vm. I then delete that VM from my media manager, and then import it back into VirtualBox. When I try to start the VM up, I get a very cryptic low-level partition error from the linux kernel (screenshot attached).
I've reproduced this error loading up older OpenSUSE appliances, so it doesn't matter if the appliance was exported in VirtualBox 3.1.6 or 3.1.4. I can also reproduce this error if I install VirtualBox 3.1.4 over 3.1.6, so... may not be an error directly related to the new VirtualBox, but due to a new interaction between the updated OS (10.6.3) and VirtualBox?
I can still import and export my windows xp VM just fine.
Any help on this one would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-Clayton
