VB 3.16 is putting all logs in my Macbook root folder!!
No good!

This was never the case with previous versions.

Try downloading and reinstalling VB. There was apparently a glitch in the initial release build of 3.1.6 that caused this, that's been fixed in a later build.

Just did. In fact the build was different!!!
