3.1.6-59351 install/upgrade hangs

Macbook Pro, OS X 10.6.2 (32-bit), VBox 3.1.4 installed.

I downloaded http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... 51-OSX.dmg, mounted it and double-clicked on VirtualBox.mpkg. Answered the all the target and acceptance questions as usual. It's now hung on the Install Sun Virtualbox window which displays Preparing Sun VirtualBox... with the moving gray candystripe pole below (see attached screen shot). Any suggestions?

I have just installed it in my mac os x 10.6.2 without any problem... Maybe u can try first delete the previous one or just run it again..
