How much RAM did you give it at first? 1GB is enough for most basic uses of openSUSE. I've found that having too much RAM allocated can make VMs run slow.

I have given it from 1 GB to 5 GB and my computer has 8 GB of ram so i dont know why its slow. Even when i increase the ram it does not do anything to linux it still runs slow either way

Do you need to have 11.2, or can you get by with 11.1? I'm afraid I don't have any actual experience with the specific 11.2 version in VBox. I can't get it to complete installation. :-( Therefore, I'm using 11.1, which works great. Nice and fast.

Well, the question is what is slow. To rule out the obvious: Did you install the guest additions?
