Using Windows XP as guest host my Mac locks-up

When I install Windows XP at the end when XP boots there is a slow blue-shade that moves down the screen and then a message window (written in several languages) tells me I must reboot my machine. My Mac is locked up and I must reboot it.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I have 27"quad core and found another post that recommended using earlier version of VB so I downloaded 3.1.2 and all is well now. Must be a bug in the latest version of VB.
