Loading MS Office from a disc

Loading MS Office from a disc
I have successfully created a VM and am using Windows7. How do I load MS Office 2007 from a disc? I can see the contents of the disc but when I click on autorun it tells me I have no defualt app specified to open the document and asks me to choose one... When I try to follow through no obvious choice presents itself... I am completely lost and have only a rudimentary understanding of tech stuff. Please could someone either talk me through what to do or point me somewhere where this is explained in clear and simple terms... Thanks
