CentOS 5.4 crashes VirtualBox

Hey.

I wanted to install CentOS 5.4 on VirtualBox. Installation was just fine, but after installation, when OS is booting VirtualBox crashes.

Something strange about your setup.
I have RHEL 5.4 running perfectly as both Host OS & guest OS on multiple machines.
