fedora red hat in virtual box

fedora red hat in virtual box
Hi there i have just done a yum update to fedora in my virtual box the update went well and i had to reinstall guest additions.Now when i went to restart the machine after i had installed guest additions the login screen will not come up at all it is just blank.Dose any one know if i have done anything wrong.I dont think i have as i have done this before and never had any trouble.Thank you in advance.

You need to start Fedora 12 in single user mode and select the previous kernel, or boot to SU console.
