New VM's making Mac kernel panic...

Hi all,

I've been using the latest VirtualBox (3.1.4 r57640) on a 2009 Mac Pro running 10.6.2.
Since the update of VirtualBox (from what I can tell) I cannot create new virtual machines running OpenSolaris (using the default amount of RAM, CPUs, GPX RAM, HDD size, etc.), I've not tried other VMs.
I start up the VM, and it boots from the iso image, I get past GRUB and the machine panics.

So, I used my 2006 MacBook running the 10.6.2 and the same version of VirtualBox (32-bit though). It created the VMs with no problem from the same iso image. I exported the VMs and imported them on my Mac Pro, I start up, get past GRUB, and then the machine panics again...

I've uploaded some logs here: clicky

Any ideas?

Many thanks,

Ben
