Window 7 Bootcamp, avoiding Reactivation

So here's the situation, I have an OEM Windows 7 Ultimate installed and activated via Bootcamp.
I want to run that partition with Virtualbox without Win 7 requiring reactivation.
Here's what I've dome so far:

Created RAW vmdk from the bootcamp partition.
Set MAC address to the same as reported by Apple System Profiler.
Set DMI info, as reported by dmidecode under Linux. Which was a nightmare itself, dmidecode refused to run under os X and there doesn't seem to be any native tools for doing that. So, I downloaded and booted Linux Mint via DVD, ran dmidecode and emailed myself the results.

Windows runs fine, but despite all that Windows still wants reactivation.

Any ideas?

As windows has detected a noteable hardware change it will require re-activation. As it is OEM I am not sure how you would o this.
