Can't install 64-bit Windows 7

Hi,

Just tried installing Windows 7-64bit as guest on my ubuntu 9.10-64bit box with VirtualBox 3.1.4.
Windows reported that i didn't have a 64-bit computer(or something like that).

The VT-x and Nested Paging settings are grayed out(although the are checked).
When starting the VM the "chip-icon" at the bottom says vt-x is off.

What am i doing wrong?
