shared folder slow down

the new build of VB seemed to be finally usable with
shared folders.

However recently I noticed a dramatic slow down again
which renders that option useless when I have to
wait 30 seconds to even rename a folder.


I am not sure if this might be connected to saving the state
of the memory.

I am running Rhino 3D, a NURBS modeler, and opening VB
and switching into RHino, opening a new document basically
was so slow that I restarted the VM.

But know the folder system is as slow as well.

Can the ram memory assignment have anything todo with that?
