problem wit guest windows installation

hi. m usin vbox 3.1 on ubuntu ultimate 2.5 which is built on ubuntu 9.1........... now when m tryin to install windows xp 32 bit,d files r gettin copied for installation but after tat stage an error message is coming saying tat video adapter need to b changed or driver shoul b removed... its not much clear..wat shall i do..
