Hey There, I've had this problem for a long time now. Was hoping it might be fixed in this version, but its not. I'm running Mac OSX 10.0 with VB and Windows XP. When I have everything loaded and running, if I disconnect my mouse or laptop, then reconnect, Windows XP takes over everything and I can't use the mouse or keyboard in OSX. So, I have to shutdown windows, disconnect and reconnect my mouse and keyboard so it works in OSX again, then restart windows. Any ideas whats going on? I've loaded the latest guest addtions. Any help here would be great. Its a laptop, so I frequently need to disconnect and reconnect these items.
Cheers!

Re: USB Problems with Mac Mouse and Keyboard
Do you have an USB filter defined which catches the USB mouse and keyboard? The USB filters should be defined in a way to not catch the primary keyboard and mouse.

Thanks. I deleted the filter and it works great now. Finally, freedom from Ctrl-Alt-Del .
