What version did you upgrade from?
You can try to install VirtualBox again and select repair. Make sure that all of the network installs are selected.

Thanks for your reply =)

Just tried a repair like you said, but it wouldn't work still.
I took a upgrade from VirtualBox-3.1.2-56127-Win -> VirtualBox-3.1.4-57640-Win and now when I was gonna run my VB with the session I have used with Nat Bridge port it gave me a error. this upgrade messed it all up... :( (Upgrades before have never given me any problems.)

From a host terminal/command windows VBoxManage showvminfo <VM Name> and post here. Replace <VM Name> with the actual name of the VM. Use "" if the name has a space in it.
As well as the log file for the guest (as an attachment) Located in the main GUI of VBox and machine show log.

Yes! :D
You know what, I just did a Repair on my xp and then everything seemed to work as it should :D
But, now there is a lot of icons showing in the right bottom corner beside the clock. Local area connection 1-5 with a yellow triangle.
I think the bridge was the problem. somehow the update must have reset the bridge or something...
I guess now my problem would be how to find out which to delete and not.

There is an old phrase that seems to fit computers really well
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it"
